If there was an error on our part (design, sizing, or quality), we’ll cover return shipping and make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or a full refund. For custom pieces where modifications were requested, we’ll work with you to find a satisfactory solution; if we can’t resolve the issue, a refund will be issued at our discretion.
